I think I am done

When the proof copy of Mostly Wrong arrived, I thought I was finished.

I wasn't.

Holding the actual book turned out to be quite different from looking at the same pages on a screen. Things I'd read dozens of times suddenly looked wrong. A paragraph sat awkwardly. A page broke in a strange place. A sentence I'd apparently been perfectly happy with for six months suddenly annoyed me.

So I went through all 350 pages again.

I made the changes, uploaded another version, checked it again and eventually reached the point where I couldn't find anything else I genuinely wanted to change.

Then I made the Kindle version.

Then the formatting went to hell. 

That was another small adventure. A physical book is fixed. Words stay where you put them. Kindle readers, quite reasonably, expect to be able to change the font, the size and how they read it. So the book had to work differently while still feeling like the same book.

And now it does.

So, unless I've missed something spectacular, Mostly Wrong is finished.
